Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Available Franchise Territories
CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning is opening protected territories across twelve states, and we are looking for owner-operators who want to build a real local business on a standard that has held since 2013. A protected territory means exactly what it sounds like: the market is yours, the brand standards are clear, and no other CleanRun operator will be sold a competing claim inside your lines. First-mover advantage in this model is not a marketing phrase. It is the simple fact that the first operator in a metro gets first choice of the territory map, the first relationships with property managers, and the first decade of referrals from homeowners who have never had an honest duct cleaning company to call. The standard is built. The documentation system is built. The name recognition in the trade is building. What these territories need is a local owner who will show up, photograph the work, and put their own name on the door.
Open Markets
These are the states where CleanRun territories are currently available for qualified operators.
- Texas - long cooling seasons and high pollen counts in the major metros mean ducts run hard and load up fast.
- Florida - humidity drives biological growth in ductwork and makes dryer vent cleaning a year-round, recurring need.
- California - wildfire smoke, dust, and densely built pre-2000 housing create steady demand for real documentation of what was actually removed.
- Georgia - Atlanta’s suburban ring, with its high-pollen springs and heavy AC usage, is a natural fit for the evidence-first model.
- North Carolina - the Triangle and Charlotte metros are full of the exact homeowner we built this brand for: well-researched, price-sensitive, and willing to pay for proof.
- Arizona - dust intrusion and evaporative cooling systems mean ductwork here gets visibly dirty, and customers respond to before-and-after photo records.
- Tennessee - Nashville’s growth has brought tens of thousands of new homeowners into older housing stock with duct systems that have never been properly serviced.
- Ohio - older homes, forced-air heating, and a strong trade workforce make this a territory where our written-price model separates us immediately from the coupon shops.
- Pennsylvania - the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh metros are dense, old, and full of duct runs that have not seen a camera in fifty years.
- Colorado - high-altitude dust, pet-heavy households, and shoulder-season allergens keep the demand curve steady across the Front Range.
- Washington - Seattle-area homeowners are some of the most research-driven buyers in the country, and our published pricing and photo documentation speak directly to that.
- Virginia - the DC-adjacent counties are full of two-income households that will schedule a duct cleaning the moment they can see proof that it actually happened.
How Territories Work

When you claim a CleanRun territory, you are not buying a lead list. You are buying a protected service area where the CleanRun name, the H.A.V.E.N. Standard, and the documentation system are yours to operate, exclusively, under your own ownership. The territory is defined by zip code boundaries at signing, not by vague county lines or “first come, first served” dispatch zones. That means the customers inside those zip codes are your customers, your referrals, your repeat business. No other CleanRun operator is sold the right to market or service inside those lines.
Reserving a territory starts with a conversation, not a check. You tell us the metro you are considering, and we confirm whether it is open, walk you through the territory map, and put the boundaries in front of you in writing. If the territory fits, we hold it for you while you complete the qualification steps: background check, license verification for the state in question, and a review of the H.A.V.E.N. Standard operating manual. The manual is not a binder of theory. It is the actual working system, down to the photo checklist on every duct run, that CleanRun has used since 2013 across 52,000-plus homes.
The territory model is deliberately straightforward: you own the local business, you hold the local license, and you run the trucks. CleanRun contributes the brand standard, the documentation platform, the equipment purchasing agreements with Rotobrush, Nikro, Abatement Technologies, Honeywell, Aprilaire, and Guardsman, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise that gets honored in writing on every job. Your name goes on the door. The standard goes with it.
