How We Price Air Duct Cleaning Work

Every job at CleanRun is priced job-by-job off a free written estimate. No hourly rate, no membership to join, no subscription running in the background. You get one number, in writing, before anyone opens a panel or touches a register – and that number covers the whole job.

The reason we do it this way is straightforward: you can’t make an informed decision about work you haven’t seen a price for. So we look at your system, we tell you what we found, and we give you the full cost in writing. If you want to go ahead, we schedule the work. If you don’t, that’s a legitimate outcome and you owe us nothing. The written estimate is how we earn the call, not how we trap someone into a visit.

What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free. A CleanRun technician – background-checked, uniformed, and identified by name before they arrive – walks your system, notes the configuration, and puts the full price for the specific work on paper. The visit typically takes 20 to 40 minutes depending on system size. At the end of it, you have a written quote with the scope spelled out. You’re free to say yes, sleep on it, or say no. There’s no pressure built into the process because the process isn’t designed around pressure. It’s designed around giving you enough information to decide.

When People Usually Call Us

There are a handful of situations where this work comes up, and they tend to follow a pattern.

Move-ins are the most common. If you bought a house and you have no idea what the previous owners ran through those ducts – or didn’t – cleaning the system before you settle in is a reasonable starting point. We see a lot of calls that start with “we just closed.”

Renovations are close behind. Drywall dust, insulation fiber, and construction debris have a way of finding the nearest register. A system that was fine before a gut renovation is often carrying debris after it.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes, the estimate is free with no conditions attached. A technician assesses your system, gives you a written price for the specific work, and you decide from there. If you don’t want to proceed, that’s the end of it – no invoice, no follow-up fee, nothing owed.

Do you offer financing or a monthly plan?

No, and that’s deliberate. CleanRun prices each job off a free written estimate – one number, one job, no ongoing commitment to manage. There’s no financing product, no payment plan, no membership, and no subscription. The estimate is the pricing mechanism, and it’s designed to be simple on purpose.

Can I combine two offers?

One offer per household per visit. If you’re seeing more than one on this page, they don’t stack on a single invoice – but the written estimate and the Documented Photo Record apply to every job regardless, because those aren’t promotions. They’re the standard.

Does the price change once you’re here?

No. The written estimate is the price. If we get into the work and find something that changes the scope – an unexpected duct condition, damage we couldn’t see from the registers – we stop, explain what we found, and give you a revised quote before touching anything new. You approve it in writing or we don’t proceed. No surprises is Haven Standard, not a selling point we invented for this page.
