Promise Terms - CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning

The Promise, in One Paragraph

If work CleanRun performed doesn’t hold up within 90 days of your service date, we come back, we look at it, and we make it right – at no charge to you. No forms to fill out, no receipt to hunt down, no manager to escalate through. We have the job on file. Call (806) 606-6902, tell us what you’re seeing, and we schedule the return visit. That’s the whole promise, and it’s the same on every job we do, under the Haven Standard.

What’s Covered

  • Our workmanship, on any service we performed: if the job wasn’t done right, we redo the specific work at no charge within the 90-day window.
  • Parts and components we supplied and installed: if something we sourced and fitted fails within 90 days of installation, we replace or repair it as part of the return visit.
  • A return visit at no charge: travel, time, and the diagnostic look are all on us – you don’t pay to have us come back and assess the problem.
  • A full redo when a repair doesn’t hold: if a sealed connection opens back up, or a repaired run shows the same debris bypass it showed before, we treat it as unfinished work and finish it.
  • Clean-up from the return visit: same standard as the original job – we leave the space the way we found it, and we document it with photos the same way we did the first time.
  • A straight answer on anything we find: if the return visit turns up something beyond the original scope, we tell you what it is and give you a written price before we touch it.

What Isn’t Covered

What Isn’t Covered
  • Damage caused by events after our visit: a storm, a flood, a construction project, or an appliance failure that happens after we leave is outside what our workmanship promise can address – though we’re glad to come look and give you an honest assessment.
  • Work performed by another company or person after ours: if someone else has been in the ducts or vents since our visit, the condition we left the system in is no longer verifiable, so the promise on that work can’t fairly apply.
  • Parts or materials a customer supplied: we stand behind components we sourced and installed; parts you brought to the job are outside that chain of accountability.
  • Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install: an aging blower motor, a furnace heat exchanger, or a filter that needs routine replacement – that’s wear, not our workmanship, and we’ll say so plainly.
  • Problems you chose to defer when we flagged them: if our tech noted a condition during the original visit and you decided to hold off, we’ll still come look – but a deferred item is documented as such in your job record, and the promise applies to what we actually did, not what we were asked not to do.
  • Cosmetic changes unrelated to air quality or duct function: scuff marks on a wall, a register cover with a pre-existing crack – if it isn’t part of the duct or ventilation system, it isn’t part of this promise. Ask us anyway; we’re reasonable people.

How to Use the Promise

Step 1: Call (806) 606-6902 or book online

No separate claims line, no department transfer. The same number you called the first time is the right number now. If you prefer to type it out, use the booking form and mark the visit as a warranty return.

Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when it was done

We don’t need your invoice number or a receipt – your address pulls the job record. A rough date helps us confirm we’re inside the 90-day window, though we’re not going to argue over a day or two.

Step 3: We schedule the return visit

We give you a real time window and the name of the tech coming out, same as the original visit. Under Haven Standard Clause 2, that means a text when the tech is on the way and arrival in the window we committed to.

Step 4: We make it right

The tech reviews what we documented on the original visit, looks at the current condition, and corrects the workmanship. Before and after photos are part of the return visit record, just like the first one – so you can see exactly what changed.

Timing

Timing

The 90-day window starts on your service date, which is recorded in your job file. If something comes up on day 91 or 92, call us anyway – we’d rather come look and decide in person than have you feel like you’re on the wrong side of a line drawn in fine print. Each CleanRun location is independently owned and operated, but every one operates under the Haven Standard, and this promise is part of that standard on every job, everywhere. The local crew honors it because they agreed to the standard before they ever took on a job under this name.
