What Our Promise Actually Means
If the work isn’t right, we come back, we fix it, and it costs you nothing – that’s the whole promise, and it holds for 365 days from the date of your job.
When Tomas Reyes started CleanRun in 2013, the thing he heard most from homeowners wasn’t “how much does it cost?” It was “how do I know you actually did anything?” The 365-Day Done Right Promise exists because that question deserved a real answer, not a satisfaction pledge buried in a footer. Under The Haven Standard, every job ends with a documented photo record of every duct run – before and after – delivered to the customer as part of the standard job record. That record is your proof. If the photos don’t show what was promised, or the system isn’t performing the way it should, you call us. One call. No claim form, no approval process, no manager you have to convince. You’re entitled to that.
This is what Haven co-signs, and what CleanRun Air Duct Cleaning stands behind on every job its crews run.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A one-truck operation runs on the owner’s schedule. When that truck is full or that owner is under a house, your call goes to voicemail. CleanRun is built differently – local crews operating in 34 states, each one stocked and dispatched independently, each one working to the same H.A.V.E.N. Standard.
What that means practically: a real person answers when you call, any hour of the day. Your appointment is confirmed within one business hour of that call. And for most visits, you’re scheduled within two business days – not because we rushed the booking, but because local crew availability and stocked vehicles make a short window possible to keep honestly.
We don’t advertise a window we can’t hold. The response promise exists because 52,000+ homeowners have gone through this process since 2013, and the one thing that erodes trust faster than a bad job is a good job that shows up three weeks late. Tomas built the dispatch model around that – not around what looks good on a landing page.
How We Make It Right

You Tell Us
Call (806) 606-6902 and tell us what’s wrong. No online portal, no ticket number to track. A live person takes the details – what you’re seeing, what you’re noticing in the air, when the original job was done. That’s the whole first step. The 365-Day Done Right Promise runs from your job date, and it doesn’t require you to have saved anything special to activate it.
We Come Back Out
We schedule a return visit, and we treat it the same way we treat every first visit: a named technician, a confirmed window, and a text when the crew is on the way. The same H.A.V.E.N. Standard applies – background-checked, uniformed, identified by name before arrival. There is no charge for this visit. Under Haven Standard Clause 1, a written price precedes any work that falls outside the original scope, and returning to correct our own work is never outside that scope.
We Fix It
The crew uses the same professional-grade equipment – Rotobrush, Nikro, Abatement Technologies – that ran the original job. They document what they find, the same way they documented the first visit. If the original photo record shows something that was missed or improperly completed, that record is part of the conversation, not something we argue with. The work gets done correctly.
You Sign Off
Before the crew leaves, you review the new photo documentation alongside the original. If you’re satisfied, you confirm it. If you’re not, the conversation continues – no additional charges, no pressure. The job isn’t closed until you say it’s right. That’s not a policy subject to manager approval; it’s in writing on your job record from day one.
Before
AfterWhat Stands Behind the Promise
The 365-Day Done Right Promise is only as solid as the people and systems behind it, so here’s what’s actually there.
Every CleanRun technician is background-checked and uniformed before they step onto a property. Their name is confirmed before arrival – not just a logo on a truck. The equipment they carry is trade-recognized and verifiable: Rotobrush mechanical agitation systems, Nikro negative-air machines, Abatement Technologies containment, Honeywell and Aprilaire filtration, and Guardsman products for sanitizing work. You can look any of those up before agreeing to a single dollar figure.
That dollar figure is always in writing before work starts. No hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for – one flat written price per system, confirmed before a single panel comes off. And if you’ve already received a competitor’s written estimate, bring it: CleanRun’s Free Second Opinion puts our number next to theirs, in writing, at no cost to you.
The Haven Standard connects the crew standing in your home to the documentation system, the written guarantee, and the buying power that keeps those prices honest. Tomas Reyes operates CleanRun under that standard because it’s the only way a written promise stays a written promise after 52,000 jobs.
Ask Us to Prove It
